Healthy Snacks

My kids were always asking for food in between meals, at church, and in the car. I decided I needed to come up with some healthy snacks to get them started early.

*We do give our children things like candy or cookies unless it is a very special occasion.

  1. Yogurt 
  2. Berries (Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries)
  3. Rice Cakes
  4. GF Animal Crackers or Crackers
  5. Raisins
  6. Smoothies or Juice 
  7. Veggie Straws/Chips with hummus
  8. Sliced Apples with Peanut Butter
  9. Baby/Toddler Food Squeeze Pouches
  10. Baby Mum Mums
  11. Happy Puffs (Spinach)
  12. Cubed Cheese
  13. Frozen Grapes
  14. Boiled Carrots
  15. Rice Chex Cereal
  16. Sweet Potato Chips
  17. Pears
  18. Clementines
  19. Nuts (My kids love nut and raisin trail mixes)
  20. Healthy GF Oatmeal Cookies
