Hummus and Bean Tacos

Hummus and Bean Tacos

Cook Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 package Hummus (for a spicier kick I use the Roasted Red Pepper)
1 can of Refried Beans (fat free or vegetarian)
1 can of black beans
2 tbs Cumin
1 packet of Sazon Goya Seasoning
1 tbs of Adobo
1 tbs of onion powder
2 tbs taco seasoning
1 tsp of cilantro
1/2 tbs of Garlic Powder
1/2 package of Taco Seasoned Cheese (can buy vegan versions or replace with 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast)
Additional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, vegan sour cream, vegan cheese, etc.
Flour Tortillas (If doing Gluten Free-can use corn chips, corn shells, GF flour tortillas, or corn tortillas)

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, mix the beans and hummus. Add the spices to the even mixture. Once the mixture is hot add the cheese. Place in taco shell of your choice with additional toppings.
